Job summary

Gravity Haus is seeking a Member Club & Guest Services Supervisor to assist the Spa and Club Operations Manager in daily management of the club, spa front desk, co-working space, members lounge, and retail. This full-time role ensures a clean, safe, welcoming facility with high member and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Frontline experience in spa, fitness, or hotel operations.
• Prior team supervision or leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office/Google Suite; MBO a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, schedule, and manage Club Front Desk team.
• Participate as an active member of the Hotel leadership team.
• Provide MOD (Manager on Duty) coverage in rotation with the Operations Manager.
• Support the implementation of processes for cleanliness, safety, and daily operations.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Engineering, and Housekeeping to improve operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the business.
