Job summary

Gravity Haus in Washington state is seeking energetic front desk and guest experience teammates. You’ll be the first face guests see, delivering warmth, handling check-ins, reservations, and guest requests while coordinating with housekeeping and F&B to ensure a seamless stay.

You’ll educate guests on Gravity Haus Memberships, curate personalized itineraries, and help build loyal relationships with members and travelers alike. A passion for outdoors and hospitality is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hospitality or customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and members with warmth and hospitality.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using the PMS with accuracy.
• Communicate with guests via phone, email, and in person to manage requests and resolve issues.
• Coordinate pre-arrival outreach and prioritize VIP or special requests.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B to ensure rooms are guest-ready.
• Resolve billing questions and service issues with professionalism.
