Job summary

Gravity Haus in Washington State seeks energetic team members for Front Desk & Guest Experience roles. You’ll greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest requests with warmth.

The role also spans coffee service, member engagement, and collaborating with house-keeping, maintenance, and F&B teams to ensure a seamless guest stay. We value hospitality passion, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hospitality or customer service experience (hotel experience preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
• Comfort using hospitality systems (PMS, OpenTable, Slack).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and members with warmth and hospitality.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with accuracy.
• Communicate via phone, email, and in person to manage requests and resolve issues.
• Coordinate pre-arrival outreach and VIP requests.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams to ensure guest readiness.
• Resolve billing questions and service issues professionally.
