Job summary

Industrious is seeking a hands-on Member Experience Associate for an on-site role in Austin. You will be the welcoming face, prepare the space each day, and manage supplies while ensuring a smooth member experience.

This is a collaborative, team-driven environment with a focus on creating great days for members. Responsibilities include onboarding new members, assisting with IT or wifi issues, coordinating events, and maintaining clean, safe, and well-stocked workspace areas.

Qualifications

• Perform repetitive tasks up to 25 lbs.
• Stand, bend, kneel, reach and walk for extended periods.
• Operate printers, dishwashers, blenders, snack carts, knives and kitchen utensils.
• Participate in food preparation and cleaning with health and safety compliance.
• Ensure work areas are sanitary and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• You are the first face guests see, prepping the office for the day, including coffee and breakfast setup.
• You manage inventory and order location supplies.
• You design signage and plan events to create memorable experiences.
• You onboard new members in multiple systems for a seamless first day.
• You assist members with IT or wifi issues as needed.
