Qualifications

• Minimum one year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Provide member service oversight ensuring great customer experience.
• Oversee front desk tasks including tours, inquiries, and greetings.
• Support club members and staff; uphold brand image.
• Ensure club opens/closes on time and adheres to policies.
• Order supplies and manage inventory.
• Coach staff to meet company standards.
• Implement and promote marketing promotions.
