Job summary

Verve, a Credit Union, seeks a Chief Experience Officer to lead retail banking and member experience across all channels, reporting to the President/CEO. This strategic, servant-leader role drives growth, membership loyalty, financial wellness, and service excellence while shaping branch and digital experiences.

You will mentor leaders, align cross-functional teams, and champion accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centric culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
• 10 years of progressive leadership in retail banking, credit union operations.
• 8 years of leadership experience leading leaders across multi-site, multi-channel service orgs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Verve's retail banking and member experience strategy across physical and digital channels.
• Drive member growth, retention, loyalty, advocacy, and lending performance through service.
• Ensure consistent member experience across branches, service centers, and digital channels.
• Partner with the Chief Growth Officer to align growth strategies and journey initiatives.
• Champion feedback, NPS, service recovery, and continuous improvement.
