Spectra Credit Union is seeking a Chief Member Experience Officer to shape and deliver an exceptional member experience across all channels. You will report to the President & CEO and lead the member-experience strategy, overseeing retail delivery, service standards, and engagement initiatives that strengthen member well-being.

The ideal candidate is strategic, collaborative, and member-centric with deep financial services experience and a track record of leading cultural and operational change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the member-experience strategy across every channel and interaction.
• Partner with the President/CEO, executive team and Board to embed member-focused values.
• Leverage member insights, performance data and market trends to improve experiences and simplify journeys.
• Develop a high-performing, service-oriented culture and strong multidisciplinary teams.
