Crunch Fitness Michigan is seeking an amazing front desk agent to join our team and help power growth. You will create a positive, inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk and be the first friendly face our members meet.

Your day includes generating appointments through referrals, tours and calls, following up on prospects, enrolling new members, and staying informed about membership services and gym equipment.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
