Job summary

Crunch Fitness, Primetime Fitness LLC is seeking a friendly front desk agent in Ohio to welcome members, handle check-ins, and guide guests through the gym experience. This role offers opportunities to grow with a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.

You will generate appointments, share information on memberships, and maintain accurate records across our master systems while delivering outstanding customer service in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused front desk experience preferred.
• Ability to upsell memberships and services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership.
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation.
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
