Job summary

Excel Fitness in Arlington, TX is seeking a Part-time Team Member to support daily operations in a fitness club environment. You will assist members, maintain cleanliness, handle member data on tablets and POS, and participate in safety and training procedures.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma or equivalent, and CPR/AED certification. Availability for mornings/evenings/weekends is preferred, with a focus on excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/AED certification required before working alone; training within 30 days if not certified.

Responsibilities

• Submit a Sub Availability Form upon hire and update at least seven days in advance if availability changes.
• Maintain communication with club management and reply within 24 hours to accept or deny a shift.
• Perform to your best abilities during assigned shifts and keep the club clean and presentable.
• Operate and assist members with equipment, tanning, and amenities while following safety procedures.
• Input and update member information into tablets and the point of sale system.
