Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a full‑time Service Associate to welcome new members and guide them through the start of their fitness journey. You’ll build genuine relationships, listen to goals, and tailor personalized solutions to support members’ success.

You’ll keep the gym welcoming, clean, and safe, deliver an outstanding sales and service experience, and help onboarding. CPR/AED certification required within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members, answer questions, resolve concerns, and connect members with appropriate resources.
• Keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience by ensuring a welcoming, informative, and inclusive visit, guiding members toward fitness goals.
• Support onboarding to help members connect to fitness offerings; be the first face members see on entry.
