Job summary

CamFit is seeking a Sales Associate to be the friendly face at the front desk, greeting members, guiding them through studio tours and membership options, and helping drive membership sales and renewals.

You will collaborate with coaches and team members to ensure an exceptional member experience, manage daily studio operations, and maintain accurate records in our sales systems. This role combines customer service with revenue-generating activities in a fast-paced fitness environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
• Strong sales skills and previous experience in a goal-driven environment (fitness or retail sales preferred).
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable using basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• A positive, proactive attitude and a desire to grow within the CamFit community

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact - welcoming members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude
• Guide prospects through studio tours and membership options
• Drive studio growth by achieving sales goals in memberships, renewals, and retail products
• Maintain accurate records using Orangetheory's established sales systems
• Handle inbound calls, follow-ups, and customer care outreach
• Support daily studio operations and ensure an exceptional member experience
• Collaborate with coaches and fellow team members to foster a high-energy, team-first environment
