Job summary

Camarilο Fitness is seeking energetic Sales Associates to be the face of the studio, greeting members, guiding tours, and driving membership sales. This front-of-house role supports the overall studio experience and daily operations.

You will manage inquiries, assist with renewals and retail, and collaborate with coaches in a fast-paced, member-first environment. Flexibility to work varied shifts is essential to help CamFit grow in Washington.

Qualifications

• Passion for health, fitness and helping others achieve goals.
• Strong sales skills and previous experience in a goal-driven environment (fitness or retail sales preferred)
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable using basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• A positive, proactive attitude and a desire to grow within the CamFit community

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact—welcoming members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude
• Guide prospects through studio tours and membership options
• Drive studio growth by achieving sales goals in memberships, renewals, and retail products
• Maintain accurate records using Orangetheory’s established sales systems
• Handle inbound calls, follow-ups, and customer care outreach
• Support daily studio operations and ensure an exceptional member experience
• Collaborate with coaches and fellow team members to foster a high-energy, team-first environment
