CamFit is seeking energetic Sales Associates to be the face of our fitness studio. You will greet members, guide tours, and drive sales while supporting the overall studio experience. The role requires strong communication, sales skills, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Passion for health, fitness and helping others achieve goals.
• Strong sales skills and previous experience in a goal-driven environment (fitness or retail sales preferred).
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable using basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a desire to grow within CamFit.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact—welcoming members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude
• Guide prospects through studio tours and membership options
• Drive studio growth by achieving sales goals in memberships, renewals, and retail products
• Maintain accurate records using Orangetheory’s established sales systems
• Handle inbound calls, follow-ups, and customer care outreach
• Support daily studio operations and ensure an exceptional member experience
• Collaborate with coaches and fellow team members to foster a high-energy, team-first environment
