Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members, answering questions and resolving concerns.
• Help keep the gym clean, safe, and well-maintained for members and guests.
• Deliver a welcoming, informative, and inclusive sales/service experience to all visitors.
• Assist with onboarding new members and connecting them to fitness offerings.
