Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in Fountain Valley, CA is seeking a friendly team member to welcome new members and guide them through the start of their fitness journey. You will build genuine relationships, listen to goals, and recommend personalized solutions while delivering a positive, motivating member experience on a busy club floor.

Responsibilities include answering questions, maintaining a clean, safe gym environment, and supporting onboarding to help members connect with fitness offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
• Demonstrate authenticity, sincerity, and open‑mindedness.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members, answering questions, resolving concerns, and putting both members and guests in touch with the appropriate resources.
• Help keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver an outstanding and well-rounded sales and service experience to all guests and members by ensuring a welcoming, informative, and inclusive experience.
• Assist with onboarding to connect members to fitness offerings and be the first face they see when they walk in.
