Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
• Strong service mentality and a desire to deliver exceptional member experiences.
• Demonstrate authenticity, sincerity, and openness to learning and growth.
• Able to maintain a positive, can-do attitude and help members achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members, answer questions, resolve concerns and connect them with resources.
• Help keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver outstanding sales and service by providing a welcoming, informative, and inclusive experience.
• Support onboarding to connect members with fitness offerings and greet them upon entry.
