Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Associate to welcome new members and guide their initial fitness journey. You will build genuine relationships, listen to goals, and tailor recommendations, while maintaining a clean, safe gym environment and delivering a friendly, inclusive guest experience.

This role emphasizes onboarding, assisting members in connecting with classes and programs, and delivering an inspiring, results-driven member journey within our community.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in retail or fitness sales.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members and answer questions.
• Keep gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Provide an outstanding sales and service experience with a welcoming environment.
• Support onboarding of new members and connect them to fitness offerings.
