The ideal candidate will possess certifications in CPR/AED and First Aid and have a strong foundation in customer service. This role requires a proactive attitude and the ability to engage with a diverse membership, making a significant impact on member experiences.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED Certification is required.
• Strong customer service skills with an outgoing personality.
• Practical experience in the fitness field.
