Mountain America Credit Union is hiring at our Reno branch to deliver exceptional member service and financial guidance. You will assess member needs, open and service accounts, and cross-sell MACU products to help members achieve their financial goals.

The role includes handling daily branch operations, maintaining accuracy in cash handling, and processing transactions in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to member satisfaction.

Qualificações

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required and onboarding must occur within 90 days of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Assess member needs and advise on products and services to meet financial goals.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones; educate members on MACU offerings and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Process transactions accurately in the branch, including deposits, transfers, loans, and card services.
