Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union is hiring for a full-time Member Service Associate at the Phoenix Tatum Blvd Branch. You will deliver exceptional member service, assist with transactions, and promote MACU products to meet member needs.

Responsibilities include maintaining the cash drawer, processing basic transactions, and ensuring accurate records. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required, with onboarding and training provided.

Qualifications

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• MSR onboarding and branch process training provided.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service and help members with transactions.
• Cross-sell MACU products and services as part of a consultative approach.
• Maintain branch cash drawer and process basic transactions.
• Support branch operations and security procedures.
• Respond to member inquiries via email/phone promptly.
