• 1–3 years in a financial institution or proven sales-focused experience.

Responsabilidades

• Engage members as first contact—build relationships and uncover needs.
• Open memberships, checking, savings, and specialty accounts, ensuring policy compliance.
• Conduct loan interviews, process applications, and recommend products like personal/auto loans and credit cards.
• Cross-sell opportunities and refer products to enhance members' financial well-being.
• Educate members on digital banking and self-service tools.
• Maintain branch operations including vault balance and cash management.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales and service goals.
