You’ll open memberships, process consumer loans, educate members on digital banking, and identify cross-sell opportunities while upholding credit union policies.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a financial institution or sales-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage members as the first point of contact and build relationships.
• Open new memberships, checking, savings, and specialty accounts while ensuring policy compliance.
• Conduct consumer loan interviews, process applications, and recommend products such as personal loans and credit cards.
• Cross-sell and refer products that benefit the member’s financial well-being.
• Educate members on digital banking and self-service tools; promote adoption of new technologies.
• Maintain branch security; balance the vault and assist with opening/closing procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed branch sales and service goals.
