Qualifications

• 2 years of related branch or financial service experience.
• High school diploma or GED is required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Equivalent education/experience may substitute for qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Delivers consistent and exceptional member experience with every interaction.
• Builds relationships through needs assessments and product recommendations.
• Assists members with loan applications and reviews documents for accuracy.
• Participates in branch events, outreach, and sales targets.
• Handles daily branch duties including cash transactions and ATM servicing.
• May train new or existing staff and support branch management.
