Chevron Federal Credit Union is seeking a branch associate to deliver exceptional member experiences and build relationships. You will assess needs, recommend products, and assist with loan applications while supporting daily branch operations and cash handling.

The role emphasizes member financial health, outreach, and collaboration with internal partners to meet service and sales goals.

Formación

• 1–2 years of customer service and/or cash handling experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Substitution with education and experience is possible.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver consistent, exceptional member experiences in all interactions.
• Identify member needs and recommend products and services.
• Advise on financial health, savings, debt management, and lending options.
• Outreach to members and prospects to deepen relationships.
• Assist with loan applications, document checks, and credit reviews.
• Support mortgage and partner activities to help members reach goals.
• Participate in business development and sales target efforts.
• Process transactions, balance cash, and prevent fraud per policy.
• Perform daily branch duties and ATM servicing.
