Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure front desk remains neat with current club information available for guests.
• Handle all membership questions, information requests, and complaints.
• Develop and maintain all membership records and files; process applications, renewals and resignations.
• Maintain and update membership records; coordinate with accounting on membership fees.
• Collect membership fees with applications and issue receipts; ensure payments are current.
