• Process all membership applications and facilitate new member approvals.
• Maintain Jonas Member database and register members in Jonas and SALTO.
• Prepare monthly membership reports and related statistics.
• Coordinate and attend Membership Events and schedule meetings.
• Provide extraordinary member service and assist with all member inquiries.
• Assist other departments with member communications and materials.
