Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hospitality, events, membership services, coworking, or related field preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage members, guests, and visitors warmly.
• Support onboarding, orientations, tours, and introductions.
• Coordinate planning and execution of events, workshops, and programs.
• Handle event logistics: room setup, catering, tech, and signage.
• Maintain event calendars and run-of-show documents.
• Assist with post-event activities and attendance tracking.
