Job summary

Troon Country Club in Scottsdale is seeking an enthusiastic hospitality professional to join our events team. You will engage with members, coordinate activities, and help ensure every gathering runs smoothly.

This role offers a flexible schedule with mornings, evenings, weekends, and special events. You will take photos, support social media content, and collaborate with multiple departments to elevate the member experience and club operations.

Qualifications

• Two years of hospitality, club, or customer service experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

This is a highly interactive role that combines member engagement, activity coordination, and event support. You'll be out with our members, helping manage leagues and groups, capturing memorable moments, and ensuring every event runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with members and help create exceptional experiences
• Be a welcoming, visible presence at club events
• Coordinate and manage member activities, including bocce and card play
• Oversee and support all card groups
• Assist with event setup and breakdown
• Take photos and assist with social media content
• Jump in wherever needed to support successful events and activitiesWork closely with multiple departments to enhance member experience

Schedule:

This is not a traditional Monday-Friday position. The ideal candidate enjoys a flexible schedule and is available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
