The American Academy of Neurology (AAN) seeks a Member Engagement Manager in Minneapolis, MN to collaborate with council staff and volunteer leaders. You will drive engagement strategies, present to committees, and transform data into actionable recommendations, supporting a cohesive council experience for neurologists worldwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience dedicated to customer service and customer engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to uphold the AAN’s values.
• Experience working with members in an association style organization.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certified Association Executive (CAE) is preferred.
• Public speaking experience is preferred.
• Experience in advancing strategic programs is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Higher Logic Online Community platform or similar platform is preferred.
