YMCA of Catawba Valley is seeking a Member Experience Coordinator to connect members through personal interactions, events, and volunteer opportunities. You will support retention, sales efforts, and link membership to health programs while delivering top-tier service.

Under supervision of the Membership Director, you will guide onboarding, lead training for the team, and serve as the first point of contact for new members, handling tours, payments and inquiries with professionalism.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in sales, customer service or related field.
• Computer experience in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Proficient in or willing to learn Personify and YMCA software applications.
• Strong communication and client service skills.

Mansioni

• Provide excellent customer service via telephone and in-person interactions.
• Assist onboarding, training, and leadership support for the member experience team.
• Serve as first contact for new members including selling memberships and processing payments.
• Handle member concerns using appropriate channels and document feedback.
• Track metrics and prepare reports on membership, retention and sales activities.
• Coordinate member engagement activities with leadership and healthy living teams.
• Support volunteer events and coordinate volunteer opportunities.
• Deliver new member orientation using established protocols.
• Maintain expert knowledge of YMCA programs and events.
• Work with branch leaders to boost member engagement, retention and involvement.
