We are looking for a brand ambassador who delivers excellent service, acts with integrity, and takes personal responsibility.

Formación

• Two years experience in service delivery (preferred).
• Proven experience using online banking tools.

Responsabilidades

• Uncovers members’ financial needs and offers appropriate recommendations.
• Performs proactive activities to provide excellent service and achieve member growth.
• Provides member support and problem resolution for complex issues to ensure member satisfaction.
• Supervises and educates members on using electronic service channels in branch and via devices.
• Handles electronic messaging, inbound calls and video calls about member accounts or services.
• Ensures compliance with related regulations; stays current on fraud training.
• Manages and maintains member records; ensures proper system management.
• Works with team to resolve complaints and provide support as needed.
• Processes financial transactions, including cash handling.
• Performs operational duties such as auditing, ITM/ATM maintenance, cash management, vault maintenance.
• Oversees team across markets/branches; mentors peers.
• Maintains authority to discipline subordinates.
