Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong public relations and interpersonal skills.
• General clerical and computer skills.
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certifications required within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and the public with a smile.
• Process online memberships and program registrations.
• Answer phone calls and provide information on memberships and programs.
• Maintain daily cash drawer and cash handling.
• Support front desk housekeeping and assist with events.
• Manage facility access and assist with opening/closing as needed.
