Interior Federal Credit Union is seeking a friendly, motivated Contact Center Representative to deliver outstanding service to members. You will act as a primary liaison across calls, chats, and tickets, handling account information, loans, and inquiries with accuracy and care.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Experience: Minimum one year of experience as a Teller, Member Service Representative (MSR), or in a telephone/sales-focused role.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, multitasking ability, PC proficiency, familiarity with standard office equipment (fax, copier, telephone, etc.), and comfort working in a financial institution call center. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and travel occasionally.
