Job summary

STCU - Spokane Teachers Credit Union is seeking a Member Consultant to create outstanding in-person member experiences at our Spokane locations. You will conduct interviews, handle account maintenance, and identify opportunities to deepen relationships with members.

The role requires Teller/new accounts experience, problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering excellent service, while following credit union policies and balancing standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years' experience as a Teller, new accounts or service representative in a financial institution.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Protect membership integrity and confidentiality; perform transactions accurately per policies.
• Originate and expand member relationships via in-depth reviews and product recommendations.
• Exceed service expectations by delivering exceptional member experiences with each interaction.
• Handle cash transactions and assist with branch goals while maintaining trust and issue resolution.
