Job summary

STCU in Spokane, WA is seeking a Member Consultant to create exceptional in-person experiences for existing and prospective members at our retail locations. You will conduct interviews at new member origination and account maintenance, identifying opportunities to expand relationships while positioning STCU as the primary financial partner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years' Teller or service experience in a financial institution.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Protect membership confidentiality and perform transactional duties with high accuracy.
• Originate and expand member relationships by reviewing financial positions and recommending products.
• Exceed service expectations by delivering exceptional member experiences and resolving issues.
