Job summary

STCU in Spokane, WA, is seeking a Member Consultant to create unparalleled in-person experiences for existing and prospective members at our retail locations. You will conduct interviews at new member origination, handle account maintenance and transactional requests, and identify opportunities to expand relationships while positioning STCU as the primary financial institution.

The role requires a minimum of two years in a teller or service position, strong knowledge of consumer deposit

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum two years' experience as a Teller, new accounts or service representative.
• Experience in sales/service roles in retail may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Protect membership data and ensure proper access per policies.
• Originate and expand member relationships through interviews and reviews.
• Exceed service expectations by delivering outstanding member experiences.
