Job summary

Seattle Credit Union is seeking a dedicated Member Consultant to improve member experience and drive branch performance. The role requires engaging with members, guiding them through financial products, and maintaining strong relationships within the community.

You will be part of the Member Experience Department, working in an in-branch setting across the Greater Seattle area, delivering high-quality service and collaborating with teammates to meet goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Two years of college or equivalent training/experience.
• One or more year of experience in retail banking or credit union.
• Ability to work at any assigned branch location.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with inquiries across channels and back up teller duties when needed.
• Promote and sell credit union products and services to support branch goals.
• Mentor less experienced teammates and contribute to team development.
