Job summary

STCU - Spokane Teachers Credit Union is seeking a Member Consultant to deliver exceptional in-person service at our retail locations in Idaho. You will conduct interviews, process transactions, and identify opportunities to deepen member relationships while representing STCU as a trusted financial partner.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years in teller/new accounts/service roles within financial services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years' experience as a Teller, new accounts or service representative in a financial institution required.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Originate and expand member relationships by reviewing the member's financial position and offering suitable products.
• Meet branch goals by promoting ancillary products and submitting referrals.
• Provide excellent member experiences and resolve issues to build loyalty.
