Job summary

Mozaic Senior Life is seeking a Front Desk Staff member for Per Diem Flex shifts in Bridgeport, CT. You will warmly greet members, check them in, and assist prospective members while supporting a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities include handling phones, reservations, towel and locker duties, and basic cash register payments.

Schedule varies, training provided. No experience is required, but a friendly demeanor and reliability are essential to help us deliver welcoming member

• Willingness to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in members.
• Assist prospective members.
• Provide locker keys and towels.
• Answer phones and take messages.
• Process payments at the cash register.
• Make accurate reservations for services (massage, personal training, nutrition).
• Keep desk area tidy and assist with lounge, studios, locker rooms, weight room and pool area.
• Restock supplies as needed.
• Communicate upcoming events, member specials and new classes.
• Tour and sign up prospective members when leadership unavailable.
• Check work email daily.
• Report to Front Desk Lead.
• Schedule will vary.
