Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests, and prospective members with exceptional service.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check members into the PEAK/ABC IGNITE purchasing system.
• Assist with new member sign-ups and tours of the club.
• Update member information as needed and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the club environment.
• Attend to member questions and escalate to management as needed.
• Assist in daily club cleaning tasks.
