Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to connect with people of diverse backgrounds.
• Previous customer service, sales, or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Opening Sundays and various other shifts are available.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members, guests, and program participants.
• Interview prospective members and give tours of the facility.
• Build strong relationships with members.
• Handle membership concerns professionally.
• Apply YMCA policies and procedures.
• Monitor locker rooms and respond to emergencies.
