Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort.
• Build relationships with members and guests to create extraordinary experiences.
• Maintain updated knowledge of club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assist members with account maintenance and transactions.
• Engage in problem solving for member questions and concerns.
