Responsibilities

• Acts as the first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Educates members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Supports engagement and enrollment through outbound outreach.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of programs and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance, changes, and payments.
• Contributes to member retention and new membership sales interactions.
• Handles service recovery with members using appropriate tools.
