Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register Members, Member families and guests.
• Process member/guest arrivals and departures.
• Answer and transfer internal and external calls; handle inquiries regarding reservations and information.
• Build strong relationships and coordinate with other departments.
• Maintain desk security, cleanliness, and proper stocking; manage cash bank and related reports.
• Assist Members with shipping/receiving and with event-related tasks; manage lost & found.
• Maintain knowledge of club offerings, menus, hours, accommodations, and promotions.
