Job summary

Qualifications

• Open availability to work mornings, afternoons and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests by name in a friendly, cordial manner.
• Answer phone calls within three rings and route messages.
• Check in members using membership card and photo ID.
• Manage reservations and sign-up sheets for classes.
• Open and close the club per duties list.
• Maintain clean front desk area and prepare new member packets.
• Log fees, issue receipts, and secure payments.
