Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge II in Minnesota to handle member and guest engagement, account maintenance, and program insight. Grow within a hospitality-focused role and progress through certification levels while building a professional network and succession plan.

You will educate members about club programming, events and policies, assist with memberships and payments, and contribute to new member sales and retention efforts in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multi-task and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Stand for 4 hours at a time in a fast-paced resort environment.
• Excellent communication and friendly demeanor required.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort.
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
• Receives inbound calls and conducts outbound outreach with members to support engagement and acquisition
• Maintains knowledge of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
• Assists members with account maintenance and transactions including program, service, and product payments
• Serves as key contact for new membership sales and retention interactions
• Engages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns
