Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge II to serve as the primary contact for members and guests, handling account maintenance and service delivery with a hospitality mindset.

The role emphasizes educating members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies while supporting member acquisition and retention strategies. The successful candidate will engage in problem solving, stand for extended periods, and maintain a welcoming, energetic demeanor in a fast-paced resort

Qualifications

• Must be skilled at multi-tasking, delivering high quality customer service, service recovery and verbal communication.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to stand for 4 hours.
• High school graduate or equivalent required; hospitality degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as first contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Builds relationships with members and guests to create extraordinary experiences.
• Handles inbound calls and outbound outreach to engage and retain members.
• Educates members about club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance and member payments for programs and services.
• Supports new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Resolves issues through problem solving and service recovery using available tools.
