Job summary

Industrious is seeking a Member Experience Associate to greet guests, prep the office, and ensure a welcoming environment at our Reston location. You will manage inventory, arrange events, and help members with IT issues, delivering a seamless first-day experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and performing repetitive tasks.
• Experience with basic IT or wifi support is a plus.
• Strong customer-service orientation and ability to connect with members.
• Compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• You are the first face guests see and prepare the office for the day.
• Manage inventory and order location supplies.
• Design signage and plan events to engage members.
• Add new members into multiple systems for a smooth first day.
• Assist members with IT or wifi issues when needed.
• Participate in local marketing events to promote flexible solutions.
