Job summary

Radiant Credit Union seeks a Member Experience Advisor (MEA) who is motivated, outgoing, and a team player to educate and coach members while delivering exceptional service. You will be the face of the credit union, guiding members in person and by phone to enhance their financial well-being.

You will educate on products and services, assist with new membership accounts and consumer loans, and deliver high-impact member experiences consistent with the Credit Union's Purpose and Values.

Qualifications

• One year to three years of similar or related experience.
• A high school education or GED.
• Interpersonal skills: work involves extensive personal contact and the ability to influence and train others.
• Working knowledge of teller procedures and policies; understanding of Credit Union operations; good communication in speaking.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage and educate current and prospective members, resolve issues, build loyalty, and solicit feedback to improve performance.
• Interact with members to establish, expand, and retain consumer and business relationships; support credit union initiatives.
• Develop member financial solutions and apply need-based sales techniques to achieve performance goals.
• Partner with team and leadership to identify root-cause problems, create solutions, and expand opportunities.
• Deliver strong sales performance while upholding ethical sales practices aligned with Integrity and Honesty; act in the member's best interest.
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements, maintain accuracy, and follow organizational policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
